The Collective
Ryan Longenecker
Ryan founded Collective Mind Technologies in 2017, starting with Apple-based tech support and growing it into the full-service technology and creative company it is today. With over 16 years in IT and more than a decade of NetSuite expertise, he brings deep technical knowledge and a builder's mindset to every client relationship. Ryan holds NetSuite SuiteFoundations and Administrator certifications and works across platforms like NetSuite, Oracle, Zapier, and AI tools to help small and medium sized businesses operate smarter. One of his proudest achievements is developing a Patent-Pending AI-powered Data Enrichment application for NetSuite clients called Suite Enrich and building a team of people he genuinely loves working with. Outside of work, Ryan is a skilled drummer, a snowboarder, and a music lover who enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
Lindsay Longenecker
Lindsay brings over 15 years of experience in film production and operations to her role at Collective Mind Technologies, where she leads the creative team and oversees company operations. She holds a BA in Film Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder and spent seven years honing her operational skills in education before joining CMT to build out its video and photo services from the ground up. Her producing credits include the independent documentary Tania Monarca, released in 2014, and she has since led hundreds of creative projects helping small and medium sized businesses tell their stories and grow. Lindsay's rare combination of creative vision and operational precision means she can take a project from concept to completion while keeping every moving part on track. Outside of work, she loves exploring the outdoors, traveling, catching live music, and spending time with friends, family, and their dog Biggie.
Abby
Abby is an Administrator at Collective Mind Technologies, supporting the team with day to day operations like newsletters, invoices, and proposals. She loves learning new things and is always happy to dig in and help find solutions when needed. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, getting out in nature, and relaxing with a good show or movie.
Cameron
Cameron is an IT Support Specialist and Creative Production Support at Collective Mind Technologies, bringing a rare blend of technical know-how and production expertise to the team. With a background that spans Apple-certified technician work, full-stack development, and video and photo production, he has a natural talent for making complex things feel approachable. He geeks out over automation, streamlining IT processes for everyday people, and finding that sweet spot between a client's vision and what's actually achievable on a budget. Outside of work, he's a concert photographer, filmmaker, and dedicated gamer across video, card, and tabletop.
Christina
Christina is a Photographer at Collective Mind Technologies, specializing in marketing content, portrait lighting, and dynamic event photography for clients across a variety of contexts. She is self-taught behind the lens but brings a Master's degree in Literary Studies to her work, and that storytelling instinct shows in every frame. Whether she's in the studio or on location, Christina loves the creative challenge of using available space and light to serve the story a client needs to tell. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her wife and pets, playing recreational softball, and fueling her curiosity with everything from great food to the physics of the universe.
Jeff
Jeff is a Videographer at Collective Mind Technologies, bringing filmed elements to life for clients and delivering polished finished videos when a project calls for it. He holds a Film and Television degree with a minor in Graphic Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design, plus a Part 107 drone license, and has been part of the CMT crew since late 2023. Jeff is a self-described gear nerd who loves pushing new camera technology to its limits, and has a real passion for practical lighting and set design over synthetic alternatives. One of his proudest wins was helping grow a small content team into a four-region sports production operation shooting all original footage. Outside of work, he's an outdoors-first kind of guy, whether that's snowboarding, spending summers at the lake, cheering on the Avs, or taking his restored '78 Land Cruiser through the mountains of Ouray with his family.
Shannon
Shannon is an IT Technical Support Consultant at Collective Mind Technologies, helping small businesses solve technical challenges and operate more effectively through smart, reliable IT solutions. She holds Apple Certified Repair Technician credentials for both Mac and iPhone and is especially skilled in Mac troubleshooting, multi-device syncing, and digging into technical mysteries like tracing exactly why an email never made it to your inbox. Lately she has also been expanding into AI automation, building agents to streamline workflows even without a formal programming background. Outside of work, you'll find her skiing, paddle boarding, hiking with her dog, or sharing a good meal with family and friends.
