What’s Next for NetSuite at SuiteWorld 2025 and Beyond
With 8,000 attendees, 43,000 customers, and 2,000,000 users, NetSuite is setup for long term success. SuiteWorld 2025 proved to be the foundation of something new, something innovative, and AI everywhere. NetSuite Next is the evolution of the new experience, new interface, and new generation of ERP.
This was the first SuiteWorld I felt the true excitement of what’s next. The ERP world is too competitive not to have AI front and center now. NetSuite is stepping up as the front runner in the ERP world.
NetSuite Next is the New Frontier for ERP
NetSuite Next
NetSuite Next is “The next generation of NetSuite.” With AI agents, Conversational Contextual AI, Interactive Interfaces, and so much more. NetSuite Next is the future of NetSuite and AI.
“NetSuite Next puts AI to work for businesses by making it a natural extension of the way they already work,” said Evan Goldberg, founder and executive vice president, Oracle NetSuite.
At SuiteWorld, the demonstrations were pretty amazing. From asking to monitor a competitor’s prices, to creating interactive graphs, to contextual answers, to AI workflows, this year’s keynotes were definitely showcasing what’s next.
Ask Oracle
At the heart of NetSuite Next is a brand new AI feature called “Ask Oracle”. It’s an AI that’s contextually aware, a natural language assistant on every page of NetSuite Next. Ask Oracle will let every user ask, find, navigate, analyze, and create with user contextual information based on the user interaction. This will allow AI to be a part of every interaction in NetSuite, providing the user, company, and customers with contextually available information in seconds.
SuiteAgents
AI Agents will also change the way automation behaves inside NetSuite. SuiteAgents will allow customers, developers, and partners to create, incorporate, and deploy AI automation. SuiteAgents will be a new workflow experience that will allow users to ask for repeat tasks, observe the progress, see results, and adjust as needed.
MCP – Model Connector Platform
NetSuite has launched a new AI connector service using MCP. MCP is a way for NetSuite to connect to any AI application. This connector service is available now to connect to ChatGPT, Claude, and many more AI tools. The exciting advantages you have with connecting your NetSuite with MCP to an AI tool are the accelerated development, features, and progress these AI tools have available. The advancement of the AI tools combined with your NetSuite data will be a game changer for any business.
Bill.com Embedded into NetSuite
Payment Automation from Bill.com will now be embedded into NetSuite. This is the first time I have seen a SuiteApp partner become an embedded solution inside of NetSuite. This is a new way for NetSuite to support their customers, products, and partners.
NetSuite Intelligent Payment Automation will be AI powered and feature the following: Payment Automation, Bill Capture, Intelligent Payment Proposal, Bill Matching, and Payment Reconciliation with its new AI capabilities. These features are now available for US customers.
Redwood Interface
NetSuite Next was a great display of how NetSuite will look, act, and perform when NetSuite fully embraces Oracle’s Redwood. Redwood Interface will feature infinite scroll, speed, simplicity, refined layouts, and interactive customization with “Ask Oracle”. This is a much needed user interface and user experience upgrade.
Dark Mode
NetSuite Next will have Dark Mode! Nothing more to say here.
Community, Collaboration, and Creativity united with the Hackathon, Partners, and People
This year was my first year participating in the SuiteWorld Hackathon. It was to support Soles4Souls mission and growth. We formed teams weeks before the competition. We were given a forecasting challenge, gathered on Monday of SuiteWorld, and got creative. All the teams figured out how to forecast their inbound and outbound inventory and display it for the non-profit. It was a great day of creative solutions, meeting new people, and mission driven technology.
Community was in full effect inside the expo hall. Partners meeting partners, customers meeting user groups, NetSuite supporting new users, and many more connections created. The expo is full of sponsored booths from SuiteApps, Partners, Solution Providers, and NetSuite Customers, ready for your discovery. The expo booth options are endless and the solutions are limitless. Everyone is ready and available to listen to your ideas, problems, and offer solutions.
The NetSuite community is an ever expanding supportive community that’s connected, curious, and constantly evolving. This year’s expo, partner events and parties, SuiteStan appearances, and The Party with Pitbull all showed the spirit of the engaged NetSuite community.
SuiteWorld 2026
From what SuiteWorld 2025 provided, I believe NetSuite Next is a transformation of ERP and AI. SuiteWorld 2026 will need to be a display of significant growth due to this transformation. It can’t be an incremental change, NetSuite will need to show how AI has revolutionized businesses, ERP, and fundamentally impacted its users. I can’t wait for SuiteWorld 2026!
