I took it into the Genius Bar and after running some superficial tests, the Apple specialist told me that he has no idea what was wrong with it. He said that I could send it in to Apple's off-site repair shop, but that they couldn't guarantee that they would have the parts or ability to fix it. After this, I decided to turn to Collective Mind Technologies for a second opinion and I'm so glad that I did. Ryan had my computer up and running in 30 minutes. His ability to fix it came down to his willingness to put in the extra time and care that the Apple Genius Bar couldn't. In the future, I'll bypass Apple Support and head straight to Collective Mind Technologies. Also, his on-site option saves a ton of time and makes technical support super easy! I can't recommend these services enough! read less
