What to Expect if You Have Never Hired Professional Videographers
Are you thinking about hiring a videographer to shoot video clips for your business’ social media posts or your website? Or internal training videos? Here are some things you can expect when hiring a professional videographer:
Expert videographers should be friendly, professional and guide you through the process, from pre-production to the final video.
The videographer will ask detailed questions about your project so they can give an accurate estimate for the project.
Providing a couple of examples of other videos as a reference helps give the videographer a clear idea of what you are looking for to create your video.
Consider where you will be sharing the video. This will be important to know before filming to ensure the videographer and editor will have all they need to deliver the end product you are looking for.
Once the project is scheduled, the videographer(s) will come prepared with all of the equipment needed and be ready to shoot.
Ask questions. Videographers want you to be happy with the final product, so if you have any questions, or are unsure of something, just ask!
As another year comes to a close, do you have your business ready for 2024? It’s time for a year end review of your business. Some things to consider as part of your year end review:
Financial Assessment- Take a look at a profit/loss statement from your finances for the year so you can compare to previous years and know what goals to set for 2024.
Ready for AI in 2024? – Create a plan to learn ChatGPT, Zapier’s AI feature, HubSpot’s “ChatSpot”, and look at Canvas “Magic Design.”
Back up Computers- It is always a good idea to back up any important information on your computers to a hard drive at the end of the year.
Analyze your marketing strategies- If your business is thriving, then keep doing what you are doing! If you would like to continue to grow your business, consider changing how you are marketing your company (i.e. social media, ads, etc.).
Get those tax documents ready for tax season!- Tax season is just around the corner, so get your documents ready before you find yourself doing it last minute.
