Check out these tips that will guarantee you will have an awesome holiday party!
Create a Theme: A fun theme can help add something to look forward to at an office party. You can try a holiday pj party, or an ugly sweater theme. Or you can have a holiday movie theme.
Offer Fun Activities: Having activities to do at a party will help keep your employees engaged and having fun. Try some classic games with a winter twist, like Pin the nose on Rudolph, holiday movie trivia or Holiday Pictionary.
Be Inclusive: Remember not everyone celebrates Christmas or sometimes any winter holiday, but you still want everyone to feel included. Keep that in mind when decorating or having a theme. You can keep it more neutral with a winter theme if needed.
Raffle off some Prizes!: Who doesn’t like the chance to win something? Have a raffle for your employees for a chance to win some cool prizes. If you don’t have extra funds to supply gift cards or something similar, you can get creative! Offer prizes of getting a paid day off, mid day work nap, or a new stapler.

Show Your Team You Appreciate Them!
There are so many different ways to show your employees that you appreciate them. Here are a few ideas:
Acknowledge their successes with a hand written note or thank you card. It will be more appreciated than you’d think. Most things, especially in an office are done through email, text or chat. Something handwritten shows you really care and notice that individual.
If you are a small business with a small team, do something special like taking them all out to a nice dinner together or if you know everyone would enjoy a certain activity like bowling or putt putt golf.
Celebrate their anniversaries! Your employees would really feel special knowing that you are paying enough attention to notice when they have been there for a year or more. Whether it be a bonus, promotion or a small gift, let them know they are appreciated for their loyalty to your company.
Holiday or End of the Year bonuses are always a great gift for your team. It will truly make them feel appreciated!
